Metlife Dental has the worst Customer Service. They will do whatever it takes to deny your claim by advising the have not received it or they need further information that they have not receive even if you submit the claim(s) and or additional information 101 times. Metlife SUCKS!!!. |

It takes them 5 days to review a 3 page operation report and automatically send letters that state that care is denied after 10 days. The worst. People who are sick and just getting out of surgery should never be treated this way. Dispicable.. |

Dental is horrible. I'm a dentist and I have to fight tooth and nail for them to pay. I don't have the staff to do this so we end up sending a lot of patients to collections. They do pay 100% for an exam. I did some fillings and they said some of them were not medically necessary. |

Disability insurance is horrible.Worst customer service in this or any industry.You will wind up homeless and starving waiting for a check for an ongoing claim.They try every excuse in the book to try and deny claims.Why are abominations like this allowed to exist in this country???. |
